Hello !! sorry for bothering you but i want to make sure before i but new hardware

1. I want to but 32 gb of ram (2x16) dual channel kit instead of my 8 gb. I know that the manual says my laptop only support 16 Gb but my sources say it will be ok with 32 gb. Which ram i should buy i know that 2400 is max for my model? 

                  - HyperX Impact DDR4 32 GB (Kit 2 x 16 GB), 2400 MHz CL14 SODIMM XMP - HX424S14IBK2/32

                  - Corsair  CMSX32GX4M2A2400C16 Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4 2400 MHz C16 260 Pin SODIMM Laptop                                 Memory Kit - Black

 

2. Is about changing my SSD S.2 drive i have 120 gb but i want to but 1Tb and manual say i can only have 512 gb can i have more? 

 

3. The last one can i change 1tb of hdd on ssd ? will this work

That series of the Omen 15-ax series was only comptible with only up to 16GB of memory. There were reports by some users that they had problems with getting 32GB recognized and other issues.

The Crucial Memory Finder also only recommends 16GB.   https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP---Compaq/hp-omen-15-ax200nw

I would advise you to stay with that. I cant guarantee 32 will work and if it doesn't, you may or may not get refund by the MFG if so.

 

There is no capacity limit on drives. You can also upgrade the HDD to SSD, yes.

The manual only shows what capacity HP shipped the units with.
