Hey I was thinking about upgrading my laptop and I was wondering if I could change the processor from i5 to i7 or i9 and the ram and storage. I want to ask u about this if I could do this. I know it's risky and I'm aware of it. Please let me know as soon as possible.

Hi:
Not only is it risky, but it would also be very expensive.
That is because the processor is an integral part of the motherboard and the only way to upgrade the processor would be to replace the motherboard with one listed in your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
AMD and Intel notebook processors have been integral parts of the motherboard for at least 9 years now.
