Is it possible to upgrade my 8GB ram to 16GB?

Hi:

 

Yes, you can upgrade your notebook from 8 GB to 16 GB of memory and since it has an i7-7700 HQ processor, you can probably install 2 x 16 GB of memory if you wanted to.

 

See chapter 1 of the service manual for the memory upgrade info...
