Dear HP Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you regarding a concerning issue I have been experiencing with my HP Pavilion 15 dk1056wm laptop.

My laptop specifications include an Intel Core i5-10300H processor, NVIDIA GTX 1650 graphics card, and it is currently running Windows 11. Until recently, I've had no significant problems with performance, especially while playing games.

However, I have encountered a troubling situation where all my games start to lag severely after approximately 5 to 10 minutes of gameplay. The frame rate drops drastically from a smooth 60 fps to an unplayable 10 fps. This issue is affecting every game I play, despite having completed them without any problems in the past.

I have tried various troubleshooting steps, including updating drivers, checking for overheating, and optimizing in-game settings, but unfortunately, the problem persists.

As a loyal HP customer, I am reaching out to your support team for assistance in resolving this issue. I rely on my HP Pavilion for both work and leisure, and the sudden performance degradation is severely impacting my user experience.

I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and any guidance or support you can provide to help me troubleshoot and resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
