Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with HP customer service regarding a faulty keyboard on my HP Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa1019nt (7N9U7EA).

In January, I noticed that the "I" key on my keyboard was not working. Consequently, I sent my device for service under the warranty coverage. However, I faced an experience that deeply disappointed me.

When I contacted your customer service, I did not receive the expected level of attention and care. Moreover, an additional fee was requested for the inspection of my device. Considering that a basic issue like keyboard malfunction raises concerns about the device's durability, this additional fee request was completely unacceptable.

I believe that the keyboard malfunction could be a problem related to the device's manufacturing defect or material quality. Therefore, I strongly believe that HP should cover all costs associated with resolving this issue.

Furthermore, I would like to emphasize that your customer service team was apathetic and not sufficiently helpful. Customer satisfaction is of crucial importance for a company's reputation, and this experience has shaken my trust in the HP brand.

Therefore, I urgently request a resolution on the following matters:

  1. No additional fee should be charged for the repair of the keyboard malfunction, and the necessary repair should be carried out free of charge.
  2. Your customer service department staff should be trained and guided to become more efficient and customer-oriented.
  3. Appropriate compensation should be provided to mitigate the inconvenience I have experienced due to this negative experience.

I kindly request that you promptly evaluate my requests and provide me with feedback as soon as possible. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will not hesitate to escalate this matter to higher authorities and take further legal actions.

I trust that my issue will be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
