I need to update the System Board CT Number on my HP Victus 16 (Product Number: 8M3B1EA#ABF, Edited) after a motherboard replacement. The new board’s CT Number doesn’t match the original (Edited), affecting my IT asset tracking. I tried BCU and WNDMIFIT 2.14, but BCU failed to apply the change, and WNDMIFIT says “System Board not supported” due to firmware restrictions (BIOS F.26, MPM locked). I’m in Ethiopia, where no local service can help, and I can’t travel. It’s been 3 months, and this is urgent for my work. Please provide a DMI editing tool like DMIFIT or guidance to unlock MPM and update the CT Number.
