Product: Hp Pavillion Gaming Laptop 15-ec0005ne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got a new gaming laptop in which it was shown it has 16gb ram. But in the task manager it shows as 13.9gb ram

 

WHY???

It has   AMD Ryzen™ 7 3750H with Radeon™ RX Vega 10 Graphics (2.3 GHz base clock, up to 4 GHz max boost clock, 6 MB cache, 4 cores) processor

 


That is a well known issue which is related to AMD processors. Please check the following article:.
