Hello so couple weeks ago one of my usb ports started to act up wierdly and now it's only outputting power and not reading any usb devices besides phone. And the rest usb ports are cutting out time to time. Audio port has cut out entierly. And there are some cracks in the laptops casing which i can't even explain i'll ad pictures, and my CHARGER began to MELT again inside charging port, this is not first time i had this, one charger and port already has been changed, it's serious fire hazzard! Did i send this laptop to a proffessional laptop store for clean up and swap secondarry hdd from 1tb to 2tb while i was i Greece (Zakynthos) and had no hp support? Yes but it came back as i handed it into their shop. As well my rubbers from underneath began to expand in the heat and just fell off one day.
