Valid Student offer getting rejected

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec0101ax
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My student offer of 2 years extend warranty got rejected with remarks as "Dear customer we would like to inform you that your purchased model is not covered under offer, therefore your claim is invalid".

I applied for this offer on same day I bought the laptop. while registering HP laptop I opt for student 2 years warranty offer.

Please help me get my extended warranty offer.

In that case, I would suggets you conatct our phone support and check. They will help you.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
