Greetings,
I have a friend who recently bought a Victus 15 Laptop over a month ago. She recently has been experiencing her computer randomly overheat with the fans blowing at high speeds a few times a week which would cause her computer to randomly shut off. This particularly happens when my friend is not using her computer for quite some time. This never happened in the first two weeks of her using it. She doesn't use the laptop for heavy gaming, but primarily to do graphic design (i.e. Photoshop). I have tried updating the BIOS, adjusting the power settings to be more conservative in both the Windows settings and in the OMEN Gaming Hub. It is still under warranty for a several more months.
If anyone happen to have to solution to this issue, that would be very much appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
