Hi. Lately I've been getting more and more concerned about CPU overheating on my laptop. The fact is that it never works at maximum frequency. The frequency of 4.4Ghz appears only on a few cores if the temperature does not exceed 50-60°C, which in principle is impossible in tasks of medium and heavy complexity. My CPU temperature is usually 75-90°C with cooling pad, and I would like to know at what temperature my Intel Core I5 12450H CPU starts Thermal Throttling? Please tell me if this is normal? because I'm thinking more and more about taking the laptop for warranty diagnostics
