Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (8B483AV)

Hello,

I purchased my new gaming laptop yesterday and charged it up completely before installing anything.

I have had to recharge it EVERY time I have gone to use it, as the percentage had dropped to below 40% extremely quickly (within 30minutes of use). It seems I will need to have it plugged in to use in the future, and that is not what I purchased a notebook for!

I have run the battery tests, and they came back that the battery is good. I cannot make sense of this.

also, the left "clicker" on the mouse pad sticks.

Do I take it back to the company I purchased from to have it sent to you for fixing? is there something I can do from home at all?

I really do not want to get it replaced as I have just used 150GB of internet data just installing everything my son and I want for our gaming.

I hope you have a solution, and look forward to your help.

Thank you for you time!
