Hello All 

Hope you all are well. 

I have an issue with my New Laptop - Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d0000 (2V8U5AV). 

Problem is this that My Laptop always showing 100% Battery -- When i remove the Charger / Power Battery showing 100% and working perfectly and giving the backup as well but battery not showing draining percentage. 

 

I installed and update the whole drivers / Bios but still facing the same problem. 

 

Windows 10 Pro Installed.
Version: 21H2

 

 

Kindly Help me out to solve this issue.

I would try the steps outlined in this HP link: "Testing and calibrating the battery" such as running the "HP PC Hardware Diagnostics" utility: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2268927-1713329-16, and see if this will resolve your issue.
