Victus laptop overheats and fans are loud all the time

Hello. I have had this Victus HP for less than a year. I only use it for academics, I never game. For the past few months the laptop CPU's temperature reaches values over 100 degrees celsius and the fan goes crazy loud especially when I plug it in. I have done troubleshooting with HP before but it didn't solve my issue. I need to send it for repair please help me.
