Hi, I'm writing because I have a problem with my PC warranty. I purchased it on March 2025 and instead on the PC information on the HP app it appears that the warranty start date is November 2024, in doing so a lot of months of warranty were taken away from me. It's not right, I don't understand why, I have proof of the purchase receipt and I hope that the problem will be resolved as necessary. The warranty end date should not be January 2026, leaving me unfairly exposed.

This is a peer to peer forum.
We do not work for or represent HP.
HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.
So the longer the time elapses from assembly date to the purchase date, the less time remains on the warranty.
Please contact HP customer service beginning at the link below and submit a support request to have the warranty start and end dates adjusted to the date you purchased the notebook.
