Yes, that card would probably have a good chance of working in your notebook as long as you get the non-vPro version of the card.
This is the HP part number/SPS number for the card I recommend you try:
Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part # M27269-005.
An alternative option (Wi-Fi 6, not 6E) would be this card, which is listed as a supported card in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual.
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part #L35282-005.
