Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d0000 (2V8U5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I had a spare SSD that I installed into the laptop but it isn't being recognized. How do I find out if it's compatible with the HP Victus? This is the spare hard drive I installed

That is M.2 SATA format, machine support M.2 NVMe format such as
