Want to uninstall Bang and Olufsen

HP Recommended

I've tried to uninstall B and O but it reinstalls itself after start up and before it does so there is no driver for audio at all. I have searched the forums but the solution was for another model!

I have: zbook 14u g4 on windows 10

Thank you for your post and welcome to HP Forums.

I understand you are facing a concern B&O.

Try using Recovery Manager to reinstall your original Realtek HD Audio software - the procedure for using recovery manager to reinstall specific Software and Drivers is detailed in the document on the link below.

After the reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook.

Your zbook came with B&O audio preinstalled.

It cannot be removed in an HP System.

You can install the latest driver directly from Realtek and B&O will still be in place.

This is how your HP system is wired (so to speak).
