Want to upgrade hdd

1. I want to change the original hdd with an ssd how to change the os from hdd to ssd 

2. I may be want to add an m.2 tell me which should I add there's two type of M.2 and NVME. 

And also want to change the location of os from hdd to new installed ssd or NVME or M.2
