Warranty Dispute

HP Recommended

I bought the product on Nov-2019 but the HP customer support portal indicates that it was bought on Aug-2018. Due to this discrepancy, my warranty has expired. I reported it to HP customer service via telephone and email about 2 months ago. No action is taken till now.
