OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-n0000 (5B1T4AV)

Hello, I just bought this laptop few days ago. I am having issues with it but first I would like to clear one very important thing.

I just bought this thing couple of days ago and when I entered my P/N and S/N here it shows only 5 months of warranty remaining.

What is it?

Is it a some kind of scam? Where they are selling rejected/defected/used/refurbished products?

Alright, I understood what you said but answer one more thing. Isn't it nonsensical for a reputable world-wide company having incompetent support staff that isn't able to solve anything?

They say a yellowish tint and screen bleeding is normal and every device has that.

They say if the BIOS is also yellowish it isn't a issue but laptops real colors. They say that when the external display connected so the same laptop has different colors which is not yellowish and real ones it isn't a issue because display are of different quality.

Vedor says connect to HP support , Support handles this horribly. Am I just suppose to take a defected product out of the box which I bought for more than 100k?
