Dear HP Support Team,

I recently purchased a new HP Victus Gaming Laptop (Model: 15-fa1379TX) from Amazon India.
However, the HP warranty page shows the coverage as expired, which is incorrect.

I kindly request you to update the warranty start date as per my purchase invoice.

Details:
• Product Name: HP Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa1379TX
• Serial Number: #
• Product Number: A9NC2PA
• Purchase Date: 13.11.2025
• Country: India

I have attached the following for verification:

  1. Amazon Invoice (PDF)

  2. Photo of box label showing serial number

  3. Photo of laptop bottom label

Please update the warranty period according to my purchase date.

Thank you for your assistance.

Regards,

Hello @Navbir1 ,

Welcome to the HP community.

As a new guest to our community, I would advise the community search functionality as it bears answers for most questions.

A quick search for the term "warranty" finds, as an example, this >Brand new desktop already out of warranty?<

One of our friendly volunteers explains exactly why this is happening and also shows how the warranty, if entitled, can be corrected using the Warranty Dispute page.

Searching specifically for the term warranty && india finds >these<

Most of us are just volunteers here.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
