Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb3000 (BE8J2AV)

Hello,

I recently purchased a HP Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fb3134AX (BV3A8PA) from Amazon India on September 23, 2025.

When I checked the warranty status on the HP website using my laptop’s serial number, it shows the following:

Factory Warranty (Off-Site): Start Date – June 30, 2025; End Date – August 28, 2026

Bundled Onsite Warranty: Start Date – August 08, 2025; End Date – August 07, 2026

Initial Setup Support: Start Date – June 30, 2025; End Date – November 26, 2025

My concern is that the warranty is starting from June/August 2025 instead of my actual purchase date (September 23, 2025). This means I may lose a couple of months of warranty coverage.

Could you please guide me on how to correct the warranty start date to match my invoice date? I have the Amazon invoice ready for submission if required.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards,
Rashid

Hi:

This forum is a peer to peer forum.

We do not work for or represent HP.

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

So the longer the time elapses from assembly date to the purchase date, the less time remains on the warranty.

Please contact HP customer service beginning at the link below and submit a support request to have the warranty start and end dates adjusted to the date you purchased the notebook.
