So recently considering this black Friday sale  I thought of purchasing a Laptop (model: Hp Pavillion Gaming) but the issue is that it's currently not available in my country Bahrain. But I have found it on the online US Store and I want to buy but the issue of warranty is creating a problem for me. The main question is will it's warranty be valid in Bahrain as it's in the Middle East and if there is any problem r damage I can take it to a nearby certified service centre of Hp for checking and not have to contact US sales department all the way for support. This has not been clearly stated anywhere.

Appreciate your answers.

Thanks,

Ratul

Hi, Ratul:

Unfortunately, the warranty would not be valid in Bahrain, since the model you want in the USA is not marketed or supported in Bahrain.

That info is stated in the link below...

HP - Global Warranty and FAQs | HP® Customer Support

What is covered by HP Global Warranty

HP Global Warranty covers HP products at the level of standard warranty offered in the country in which it is used. For example, a product purchased in country "A" and moved to country "B" receives the current warranty coverage provided by country "B" (if that product is marketed or supported in country B).

From my experience, the only HP PC's that would be covered by a global warranty are the business class PC's where the same model is sold in many countries.
