I recently wanted to get my HP laptop fixed for it's broken keyboard but when I looked at my warranty it said that it was expired. The page said that my warranty started September 20, 2018 and ended September 19, 2019. Now I was confused because the date that I purchased my laptop was on December 31, 2019 and so I wanted to get this disputed because obviously the information about my year long warranty was incorrect. When I filled in all of the information and I picked an image that was under 2mb and I described what my problem was in the comment section, I hit dispute. When I clicked the dispute button, it turned grey and a loading sign appeared for hours on the page and I have sent multiple of these dispute messages and it does the same thing every time, and I haven't gotten a reply on any of my messages.
