Warrenty is showing expired for new HP victus laptop .

i have got my Hp victus laptop delivered today from amazon . But after checking the warrenty it is showing expired . please renew my brand warrenty from today.

I understand you have received a brand new HP Pc from Amazon, and the warranty is not updated. Sorry to hear about the issue. Please share the original invoice copy that has the Serial number updated so we can try to check and get the details updated for you.

I have already shared all the documents to Hp assistant and on mail also but still nothing happens.

I am not sure to which team you have shared, however, if you can help us with the Original invoice copy, I can try to find and check, or you have to check with the regional support team for help.
