Way to Limit Charge to 80% on HP Consumer Laptops?

Hello,

I’m looking for a way to extend my battery life by limiting the max charge to around 80%. My HP laptop just got a BIOS update with a “Battery Protection” setting, but there’s no way to set a percentage.

Do any tools or HP software allow this on consumer models, or is it still limited to business laptops?

The feature is still only available on some of the higher end HP business laptops.
