Product: Laptop hp Omen

Hi, I have my sisters laptop she recently passed away and didn't want the laptop to go to waste. How I do go about accessing it if I don't know her pin or password? What's needed to gain access to this laptop? I have death certificate. Please let me know

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

 

4d. No posts shall include instructions/directions intended to bypass or subvert security mechanisms such as lock screens, BitLockers, BIOS lock, passwords, fingerprint/biometry scanners, PINs nor any other safety measures.

For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
