Was gaming when a bunch of smoke came out of my laptop. Warranty is expired, so I figured I’d at least try to get some answers to what happened. Anyone have any guesses on what would’ve caused this? Thanks~

Not sure what’s wrong with the post submission form. I’m surprised the post went through… I can’t edit it, so I’ll add here that it’s an HP Omen 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000.

contact your supplier you may have a extended warranty with them.
that's definitely a power rail, that's not supposed to happen.
