@pmshop_4 I'm not sure what thread you are referring to as I don't see any related information, that said, I must inform you that HP does not recommend using 3rd party software to benchmark HP devices, and if you are getting errors related to the direct 3d only on that software, you may want to reach out to the software vendor tor support.
If you are however, getting the same error on other applications as well, this could be a driver issue, please reinstall the graphics card driver from the device manager, restart the computer and check if the issue persists, if it does, please click here to find and install the latest drivers for the graphics card.

This is crazy,
I went to see your reply and could not find it.
But i could see my original post on this once again.
Now that I can see your reply, my OP is gone again.
I know all about the 3rd party thing but on the OP, HP are working with me until very recently.
Asking for screenshots, log files etc...
No further info since last week.

@pmshop_4 I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
