What is the screen refresh rate for the HP 15" ce198wm laptop?

What is the refresh rate for the HP Omen  i7 8750h gtx 1060 16gb 15" laptop ce198wm? Is it 60hz, 120hz, or 144hz?

Looking up the specs in several places HP has documentation, there is only one panel offered for the ce100 series.

The manual states... 15.6-in (1920×1080), FHD, WLED, AntiGlare, typical brightness: 220 nits, slim (3.2 mm), UWVA, eDP

The specs page only shows 15.6" diagonal FHD IPS anti-glare WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080)

So that means its a standard 1920x1080 60Hz panel.

Thanks, do you know if the laptop has the full gtx 1060 graphics card or the 1060 max Q?

The GTX 1060 for that series is Max-Q.
