Hp Omen Xd0020Ax
Microsoft Windows 11

I’m writing to share my frustrating experience with my HP Omen 16 xf0059AX, which I’ve been having issues with since purchasing it in March 2024. When I close the screen, half of it goes black, and the power button light doesn’t turn on. On top of that, one side of the hinge is loose and makes a sound, and the trackpad is bent on one side.

My father bought this laptop with his hard-earned money, and it’s disheartening to face these problems. I’ve been trying to reach out for support for the past six months, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service from a company that should stand by its products. Because of this experience, I don’t think I will ever buy an HP laptop again.

I truly hope to get some assistance, as I’m based in India and would appreciate any help you can provide.

Thank you for your time.
