When I connect any kind of external usb drives (such as usb hubs), they disconnect randomly

I literally don't know what to do, I only have 2 usb slots and I stream so I need my mic to be connected. I want to use a keyboard and a stream deck, but I'm using my mouse and mic rn

how do i chec kmy bios updates?

there are no win updates

and it needs to download one by one and needs to restart the computer to make sure the Adapter or Charger needs to be connected,
