Hi, 
As mentioned in the title.
the laptop starts up no hdd activity no display.
The caps long blinks 3 long and 2 short for 5 seconds maybe a little more.
Both fans turn a little bit before the whole machine shutting down.
The machine is an OMEN hp 15ce009nk 
I7 7th generation and 20 gigs of ram with GTX 1050 gpu.
The unit seems to charge perfectly i tried to reseat the ram i also removed all component and put them back one by one same issue.
please help i have an exam coming up.
