When i play some games those games a very laggy

Good Morning, i'm writing this for two issues  i found on my pc.

First of all when i play some video games like genshin impact works perfectly but when i play other games like dauntless, star stable online and leuge of legends are unplayable they are so laggy that makes it so frustating. The games on all low goes like 4-5 fps. The second issue is that i can't adjust the brightness of my screen. 

I have already updated my drivers but nothing changed.
