Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This is my third day of activating my new computer. From the second day on, the computer started to make an obvious whistling sound, but I thought it was a minor problem. However, today is my third day of use, and it will appear within a few minutes of turning on the computer. The continuous blue screen and then automatic restart lasted three times in total. I don’t know if my computer has any major hidden dangers. What should I do now?
