The power adapter and the power cord that goes from the wall socket to the adapter are sold separately.

You can check on eBay for a used but tested and working genuine HP charger which may also come with the power cord.

 

Search by the charger part number.

 

You can buy the charger new directly from HP, but not the power cord.
