Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It does not exist where the alleged "solution" said it exists. Why is something this common buried? Why is it not IMMEDIATELY accessible?

What is your machine ? Is it a new Omen ? OCC should be pre-installed. Please hit Win key and you can find it in main Menu

Command Center is there. HP Omen CONTROL isn't the same thing, and it isn't on my machine.
