Where should i go to to repair my laptop

My laptop stopped working after i tried to service it by cleaning dust from its fans but after i was done with it, it stopped turning on. I went to a recommended service center near me "apex system" since it is lockdown time only few shops were open in my city, and i searched on google everyone was directing me to this shop. They diagnosed my laptop and told me 2 parts of it were damaged i/o circuit board and hm circuit board unit(2 units), and made a total bill of 7500 inr. So i wanted to ask is there any alternative to it? Or any official hp service centers near me? Or can anyone tell me cost of those individual parts? My postal code is 122011 city: gurugram

PLEASE POST ANY RESULTS.
First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.

NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).

PS:

i/o circuit board  could be the power button board

the other 2 could be the thermal board or the main board or the ????????
