Black screen, laptop not turning, did from start, but not anymore. Contacted support, they want 490eur for fixing it. I live in Ireland. I sent laptop to Croatia and they said there that graphic chip is dead. Factory is in France and guess what, they send 2 times wrong chip on purpose and don't want to send original one because it's different region. Scammer from hp doesn't want to send right one and said that needs to go over them. They want me to send it to them in France and fix it for 500 eur. In Croatia would cost me 130 Eur. So they can go F themselves. Not buying hp never again.

(edited) Hp want 490 eur to fix this issue. Up to 300 I would send it. I know what is the problem but not giving this money for 3y old laptop. This is why I sent it to Croatia to fix it for 130 eur, but you guys don't want to send right chip so it's going to bin.

Thanks for reaching out! Since the issue remains unresolved, I suggest contacting our phone support team for personalized assistance. They can provide one-on-one help and may even be able to work their remote assistance magic to fix the problem.
Or you ca visit the nearish HP Authorised service center for help: HP® Service Center Locator - United States | HP® Support
Note: There might be a nominal charge for the service they provide.
