Hello! I have a spare SSD slot in my laptop, but I don't know which SSD should I choose. I don't even know if my laptop works with NVMe or not. Please tell me where can I find this information and please give some advice on SSD for this laptop model. Thank you in advance!

For the 15-bc400 model series the supported drive types can be found in chapter 1 on pages 4 & 5.

 

According to the manual, the slot supports SATA M.2 drives, but it also supports Intel Optane™ (3D Xpoint) Solution PCIe Gen3x2 M.2 memory.

 

That leads me to believe that the slot would also accept NVMe M.2 SSD's, since Optane is NVMe.
