Hi,

My laptop has been overheating, so I plan to clean it and replace the thermal paste.

Seems like it uses liquid metal thermal paste, but I am not sure. So I am wondering if anyone else has been in the same situation with the same/similar laptop. What thermal paste did you end up using?

Thank you for your help in advance.

Hi @NinjaPuppy

Welcome to the HP Support Community! Thanks for posting your query!

HP doesn't help replace thermal paste over messages or phone; we can get an expert to do that for you at our service centre. If interested, please share your serial number in a private message so I can check the available options.

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,
