Whole laptop stutters

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every so often my whole laptop stutters: the sound, keyboard, mouse, screen & graphics all stutter at once, for one second at a time, then resumes to normal. This can happen on regular desktop use but happens more frequently under high load (such as gaming or doing work)

I have only owned this laptop for 2 months, and never had a problem on initial startup. However, after I updated my BIOS in the HP Support Assistant app, I began to notice this issue. 

I have tried to update/re-install/uninstall nVidia graphic drivers, and it doesn't fix the issue. 

Any help would be much appreciated.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue, and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now,


As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest youContact HPin your region regarding the service options for your computer. 


If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
