The battery is discharged when the laptop is turned off. From 100% to 77% in 24 hours.

Hi:

Some of the battery power is used to retain the BIOS and clock settings when the notebook is turned off.

But that shouldn't drain much power.

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to turn off the Fast Startup option in the W10 power options menu.

Fast startup is similar to hibernation.

The reason the notebook starts up faster when it is turned off is because it really isn't turned off but in a hibernation state, which causes more drain on the battery, than if the notebook was actually turned off.

See this link for how to turn off the fast startup setting in W10...

Then unfortunately, I would have no idea what the problem could be.

None of my notebooks lose that much capacity in 24 hours with fast startup turned off.

Maybe 5% at the most.
