Why does my laptop hangs all the time??

Hi my name is pratik,

I have purchased laptop from Flipkart on OCTOBER 6th 2021 I have I have for my laptop from the start, it hangs all the time and takes more time when I power it for for the first time...as it's a gaming laptop but even game runs soo slow and hangs all the haven't even played more than 10 -15min.... Neet the solution as soon as possible.

No, it is not a gaming machine the specs says it is an HP Pavilion - 15-ec1021ax. HP has many Pavilion Gaming series, Omen gaming series and Victus (cheaper version of Omen) gaining series.

The specs of your machine is OK for low and middle games but you still need few upgrades.

1. RAM: It has  8 GB DDR4-3200 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB). You can upgrade to

• 16GB: add same existing 8GB RAM to slot 2 or using  compatible RAM such as https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfra32a/ct19569524
• 32GB: install 2x16GB compatible RAM such as  https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/bl2k16g32c16s4b/ct19569504

2.  STORAGE:  Add M.2 NVMe SSD to your machine, moving Windows and apps/programs to it and keep it as boot drive then use existing  slow 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA for storage only. You can use M.2 NVMe compatible SSD such as
