Hello, everyone. Recently bought a laptop, installed the drivers to the newest. The system constantly hangs, folders open for a long time, the browser often stops. System without viruses and without unnecessary programs. I constantly observe "System interrupts" (30-99% CPU ) when working with the browser. Games ( PUBG, Miscreated, DAYZ ) play impossible

The picture constantly slows down for 0.5-2 seconds, the sound is distorted and shouts 😄

Made easy analysis:

At this time I was shutting down the game and wiedel in task Manager "System interrupts 70+%.
I reread a lot of information on the Internet and have already lost hope.
People say the problem is the compatibility of the new i5 8gn processors, the problems of network drivers, sound, etc.
