HP Omen 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I just bought a new HP Omen 15 laptop and I'm having issues with the WiFi. The wifi keeps disconneting here and there and I don't know how to fix it.

The wifi card is an Intel wifi 6 ax200.

So far I've updated the drivers and the bios.

Have changed the wifi settings to wifi 802.11ac in case that it has problems with 5Ghz networks.

Uninstalled my antivirus and installed different ones to make sure that the antivirus is causing the issues.

Run the troubleshooter which sometimes finds nothing and sometimes show a network cable is not properly plugged or may be broken and then it shows again no issues found.

Right now I have no idea what to do other than sending it back and ask for a refund because I'm not happy at all that on a 1800$ laptop something doesn't work properly.

I hope someone here knows a solution and sorry for my bad english.

Thanks in advance 🙂
