My gaming laptop is not load past run diagnostic . How do I fix this

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I see that your system is not loading past the HP diagnostics. Do not worry, I am here to help you with it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue? 

Did you make any recent hardware or software changes to it?

Let me know if you are getting any error messages.

 

Please let me know what you see on the screen when you try to boot into the Operating System. Here is a link that will help you fix the issue. Please follow the steps shared and let me know the outcome.
