Hi @chinmay23,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP Pavilion Gaming 15 is experiencing multiple issues. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot each issue.

  • Windows Crashing: Try booting your computer in Safe Mode by pressing F8 during startup. Once in Safe Mode, you can try running a virus scan and using the System File Checker (SFC) tool to check for any corrupted system files. You can also try performing a system restore to a previous point in time before the crashes started occurring.
  • Overheating: Overheating can be caused by a number of factors, including dust buildup in the cooling system, malfunctioning fans, or outdated drivers. Try cleaning the cooling system with compressed air and updating your graphics card drivers. You can also try using a cooling pad or elevating your laptop to improve airflow.
  • Battery and Cooling Fans Not Working Well: If your battery is not holding a charge or your cooling fans are not working, you may need to replace these components. You can order replacement parts online or take your laptop to a repair shop.
  • Slow System: A slow system can be caused by a number of factors, including a lack of RAM, a full hard drive, or malware. Try running a disk cleanup to free up space on your hard drive and running a malware scan. You can also try upgrading your RAM if you have less than 8GB.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
