Hi Team,

I upgraded my laptop to windows 10 home to professional version. After upgrading most of the drivers got installed from windows update since my WIFI network is switched ON. But after all these I'm able to note and sense there is high increase in temperature while I keep my hands while typing in my right side keyboard area. Under it battery is placed. The heat is sensible even if I'm using very less software with minimum usage not even for 10 minutes. So I'm worried that my laptop is having new heating issue after upgrading to latest windows 10 version. Even my HP cool sense is not the same which I had in my previous home version. Also, HP coolsense 2.2 is not opening or shown up I have to manually open it up for making it work. Kindly help to fix the heating issue.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I would like to inform you that 90C is normal on the gaming computer. I recommend you use the Omen command center to change the settings which suit your needs.
